Free shipping on all orders over $150
All orders are dispatched using Courier Post and will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for Rural delivery.
Shipping rates calculated at Checkout, unless you qualify for free shipping.
All orders received before 2:00pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders will be sent to the address you entered at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if the address you entered is incorrect.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
What if I’m not home?
If no one is home to accept the delivery, the courier will leave your package for you. If you wish to sign for your package, please advise us in the ‘special instructions for seller’ section at checkout.
If you requested to sign for your package and you are not home when the courier arrives, they will leave a card to call for you. On the card will be instructions for the other options available to collect your package, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.
Although we take the upmost care in packing your order, if you do receive your order and one of the products is damaged we will replace it for you free of charge. Please email us at email@example.com to report a damaged product and arrange for a replacement.
Once you receive your package, if you decide you do not want any item in your order then you can return it to us within 30 days provided that it is un-open and in the same condition in which it arrived. We will issue you a full refund for the item or an exchange. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
